We maintain comprehensive quality assurance processes and precision material characterization systems to support the manufacture and development of our master alloys and high-purity fine powders. 

Rigid Quality Control
As a world-class supplier of master alloys for aerospace and other demanding industries, Reading Alloys maintains rigid quality controls throughout the manufacturing process; from raw materials to final shipping. All incoming raw materials are carefully inspected & tested for conformance to exacting standards while final product samples are tested in accordance with ASTM standard to demonstrate compliance to customer specifications. To support this level of control, our Analytical Laboratory offers an array of analytical testing methods insuring the accurate determination of all required major and minor elements in our materials. 

Material Testing
Reading Alloys’ analytical laboratory has wet chemistry capabilities and advanced instrumental analytical techniques including Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) to detect trace elements at the lowest levels. Our lab consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations, in a variety of industries, with client confidentially and traceability. Records are controlled within our electronic system and retained for more than 40 years. Reading Alloys works closely with several Nadcap accredited, independent testing laboratories to ensure we meet additional testing validation requirements for our customers.
